I don't recommend the arm band it's just uncomfortable. It's shaped so it fits in the palm of your hand perfectly. I love the fact that this MP3 player uses one AAA battery and I always leave an extra one in my car or in my bike bag nothing is more annoying than having your player die during a workout. This feature is also really great if you're into hiking or camping.It's only 2 GB but that's more than enough for working out. Recently I wanted a Sansa that had more memory so I could load it up with old time radio mystery shows to listen to. We're retired and we walk long distances every day for health. These old radio shows are 30 and 60 minutes in length so I wanted an mp3 player with more memory that could hold a lot of shows this model holds over 300 shows which is a lot considering how long each show is. This is my favorite MP3 player This is a great little MP3 player. I've had 3 of them so far. The first one got wet and wouldn't come back onmy fault.the second on flew out of my pocket when I riding a motorcycle. My third one is great. I use it everyday.The user functions of this MP3 player is easy to use. This is not an Ipod touchbasic.very basic but it has great sound and they are bulletproofexcept water and sweat.be carefulI give this product 4 starsthe only reason I won't give it 5 is because all three of these MP3 players has a fault. They will lock up from time to time. I have no idea what causes it but they all do it. I've upgrade the firmware on all three of them and they all continued to do the same thing. Not a big deal to me. I simply turn it off and back on and keep rocking. Hey for 20 bucks.I don't care.the quality of music is great and I don't have to worry about my kids taking it. Zune 30gb fix/solution if it won't start/boot up (not frozen)

This is how I fixed my 30gb Zune (1st generation). It’s not a frozen Zune like other people have experienced. It’ll just restart over and over and it won’t boot up. So replace the battery.
