I have Canon XF305 camcorder and shoot the videos recently, the Canon XF305 supports the highest HD quality with Full HD 1920×1080 resolution with Canon XF codec, up to 50Mbps bit rate and 4:2:2
color sampling. I would like to edit the recorded .mxf video on iMac with Avid Media Composer, which is a professinal and popular editor works on Mac.

 

While looking for solutions to import Canon XF305 MXF to Avid Media Composer on
iMac , I downloaded and tried several converters. Only Canon MXF Video Converter for Mac works for me. I like the batch processing and joining of multiple mxf videos into one file.
The editing feature to trim the recorded videos is great, as I can control the content for conversion.

Kroo Camera Case Panasonic - Camcorder And Camera In One

I'm informally comparing this to a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 (point and shoot, 10X zoom) I've had for a couple of years (best non-SLR I've ever owned). At the price point of this camera you really should need the ruggedness and waterproof features to justify the expense. This camera has "O" ring sealed (and locked) doors for the battery and memory card, and for the data access ports. The camera is compact, lighter than I expected and seems to be made like an precision aircraft. The few pictures I've taken so far, both inside and out, look great, including macros. I'll have to update this over time because at this point it hasn't been on the slopes or under water, but it has been in the rain. These will leak under water if their seals aren't scrupulously clean as described in the factory literature. Great looking body....

Basicly the title asks it all, but the full story is that im getting a panasonic hmc150 to film with. And to film skating with im thinking about buying either a opteka 72mm which has a 0.3x and a cavision lens that has a 0.4x.

The difference is how wide the filter makes your lens. The HMC150 has a 28mm equivalent lens and the two filters you described would convert this to either a 8.4mm lens or an 11.2mm lens. Thorbard
